What is Minimal AI?

At Minimal we are building multi-agent systems for e-commerce customer support teams. We automate up to 90% of complex customer support queries end-to-end, including taking autonomous actions in over 50 different systems (e.g. Shopify) and custom API’s. Minimal can be configured and managed by non-technical people, in natural language.

The Challenge

We are building an extremely complex product, that has to be used and understood by non-technical people. How do we let them configure, manage, observe and improve AI Agents that are processing thousands of tickets a day? That’s the question.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Founding Engineer who is willing to commit, take responsibility and build a great product together with Titus (CTO) and Jelle (AI Engineer).

It is a full-stack engineering position, but we are looking for someone that likes to build and design intuitive user interfaces, which is becoming increasingly important as AI Agents are taking over most of the complexity autonomously.

What we'd love to see:

• Ability to build and ship features across the stack (end-to-end)
• Side-projects or previous startup experience
• Obsession to build delightful, scalable products with great UX
